Terms of delivery and shipping costs
1.1 We currently ship within Germany via DHL and to the following countries in the EU: Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Sweden, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Czech Republic, Hungary, Cyprus, Austria and France. Please note that we are currently unable to deliver to the Rhine Islands in Germany and please inform us of an alternative delivery address when placing your order. If you require delivery to another country, we will be happy to help you. If you have any questions, please send us an email to ecomazo(at)comazo.de.
Delivery to Switzerland:
For deliveries to Switzerland, we recommend the meinEinkauf.ch service. MeinEinkauf.ch will take care of all customs formalities and delivery to your doorstep for a small fee. The best way to do this is to register directly here: MeinEinkauf.ch.
Please note: When purchasing via meinEinkauf, the payment method "purchase on account" is excluded.
1.2 Delivery is always carried out by the shipping company DHL. Items are only delivered in normal household quantities.
1.3 The shipping costs within Germany are currently €0.00 incl. VAT. For deliveries to other EU countries - countries listed in 1.1 - we currently charge shipping costs of €9.95.
1.4 The delivery time is approximately 3-5 working days, depending on the availability of the items.
1.5 If not all products ordered are in stock, we are entitled to make partial deliveries at our expense, provided this is reasonable for you.
1.6 Should the delivery of the goods fail through your fault despite three delivery attempts, we can withdraw from the contract. In this case, we will inform you immediately and reimburse you for any payments already made.
Transport damage
If goods are delivered with obvious transport damage, please complain about such defects to the deliverer as soon as possible and contact us immediately. Failure to make a complaint or contacting us has no consequences for your legal claims and their enforcement, in particular your warranty rights. However, you will help us to assert our own claims against the carrier or the transport insurance company.
