If you contact us by email, telephone, or fax, your inquiry, including all personal data resulting from it (name, inquiry), will be stored and processed by us for the purpose of handling your request. The data you send to us via contact inquiries remains with us until you request deletion, revoke your consent to storage, or the purpose for storing the data no longer applies (e.g. after your request has been fully processed). Mandatory statutory provisions – in particular statutory retention periods – remain unaffected.

5. Email Newsletter
Email Advertising with Newsletter Subscription
If you subscribe to our newsletter, we use the data required for this purpose or separately provided by you to send you our email newsletter regularly with information about offers based on your consent in accordance with Art. 6 (1) sentence 1 lit. a GDPR.
The only mandatory information required to receive the newsletter is your email address. Providing further data is voluntary and is used to address you personally. We use the so-called double opt-in procedure to send the newsletter. This means that we will only send you an email newsletter once you have expressly confirmed that you consent to receiving newsletters. We will then send you a confirmation email asking you to confirm by clicking a corresponding link that you wish to receive the newsletter in the future.
By activating the confirmation link, you grant us your consent to use your personal data in accordance with Art. 6 (1) lit. a GDPR. When you register for the newsletter, we store your IP address entered by the Internet service provider (ISP) and the date and time of registration in order to be able to trace any possible misuse of your email address at a later date. The data we collect when you register for the newsletter is used exclusively for advertising by means of the newsletter.
You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time either by sending a message to the contact option described below or via a link provided in the newsletter. After unsubscribing, we will delete your email address from our newsletter distribution list, unless you have expressly consented to further use of your data or we reserve the right to make any further use of data that is permitted by law and about which we inform you in this declaration.
The newsletter is sent as part of processing on our behalf by a service provider to whom we pass on your email address for this purpose.
Newsletter Delivery via ActiveCampaign
Our email newsletters are sent via the technical service provider ActiveCampaign, LLC, 1 North Dearborn Street, 5th Floor, Chicago, IL 60602, US, USA (“ActiveCampaign”), to whom we pass on the data you provided when registering for the newsletter. This transfer takes place in accordance with Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR and serves our legitimate interest in using an effective, secure, and user-friendly newsletter system. The data you enter for the purpose of receiving the newsletter (e.g. email address) is stored on ActiveCampaign’s servers in the USA.
ActiveCampaign uses this information to send and statistically evaluate the newsletters on our behalf. For evaluation purposes, the emails sent contain so-called web beacons or tracking pixels, which are one-pixel image files stored on our website. This makes it possible to determine whether a newsletter message was opened and which links may have been clicked. With the help of so-called conversion tracking, it can also be analyzed whether a predefined action (e.g. purchase of a product on our website) took place after clicking the link in the newsletter. Technical information is also recorded (e.g. time of access, IP address, browser type, and operating system). The data is collected exclusively in pseudonymized form and is not linked to your other personal data; direct personal reference is excluded. This data serves exclusively for the statistical analysis of newsletter campaigns. The results of these analyses can be used to better adapt future newsletters to the interests of recipients.
If you wish to object to data analysis for statistical evaluation purposes, you must unsubscribe from the newsletter.
We have concluded a data processing agreement with ActiveCampaign in which we oblige ActiveCampaign to protect our customers’ data and not to pass it on to third parties.

6. External Sources
YouTube
This website uses the YouTube embedding function to display and play videos from the provider “YouTube”, which belongs to Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, 4 Barrow St, Dublin, D04 E5W5, Ireland (“Google”).
The enhanced privacy mode is used here, which, according to the provider, only starts storing user information when the video(s) are played. If playback of embedded YouTube videos is started, the provider “YouTube” uses cookies to collect information about user behavior. According to YouTube, these serve, among other things, to compile video statistics, improve user-friendliness, and prevent abusive behavior. If you are logged into Google, your data is assigned directly to your account when you click on a video. If you do not want this assignment with your YouTube profile, you must log out before activating the button. Google stores your data (even for users who are not logged in) as user profiles and evaluates them. Such an evaluation is carried out in particular in accordance with Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR on the basis of Google’s legitimate interests in displaying personalized advertising, market research, and/or needs-based design of its website. You have the right to object to the creation of these user profiles, although you must contact YouTube to exercise this right. As part of the use of YouTube, personal data may also be transmitted to the servers of Google LLC in the USA.
Regardless of whether the embedded videos are played, a connection to the Google network is established every time this website is accessed, which may trigger further data processing operations without our influence.
Further information on data protection at YouTube can be found in the provider’s privacy policy at: https://www.google.de/intl/de/policies/privacy
Where legally required, we have obtained your consent to the processing of your data described above in accordance with Art. 6 (1) lit. a GDPR. You can revoke your consent at any time with effect for the future. To exercise your revocation, disable this service in the “cookie consent tool” provided on the website.
YouTube is registered under the Privacy Shield and undertakes to comply with EU data protection rules. Further information on your rights can be found at www.ec.europa.eu/justice/data-protection/document/citizens-guide_en.pdf.

On our website, we use Google Maps (API) from Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, 4 Barrow St, Dublin, D04 E5W5, Ireland (“Google”), on the basis of our legitimate interest in a technically flawless online offer and its economically efficient design and optimization pursuant to Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR. Google Maps is a web service for displaying interactive maps in order to visually present geographical information. By using this service, our location is shown to you and any directions are made easier.
As soon as you access those subpages into which the Google Maps map is integrated, information about your use of our website (such as your IP address) is transmitted to Google servers and stored there, and may also be transferred to Google LLC servers in the USA. This takes place regardless of whether Google provides a user account through which you are logged in or whether no user account exists. If you are logged into Google, your data is assigned directly to your account. If you do not want this assignment to your profile at Google, you must log out before activating the button. Google stores your data (even for users who are not logged in) as user profiles and evaluates them. Collection, storage, and evaluation are carried out in accordance with Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR based on Google’s legitimate interest in displaying personalized advertising, market research, and/or needs-based design of Google websites. You have the right to object to the creation of these user profiles, whereby you must contact Google to exercise this right. If you do not agree to the future transfer of your data to Google as part of the use of Google Maps, you can also completely deactivate the Google Maps web service by disabling JavaScript in your browser. Google Maps and thus the map display on this website can then no longer be used.
You can view Google’s terms of use at https://www.google.de/intl/de/policies/terms/regional.html, and the additional terms of use for Google Maps at https://www.google.com/intl/de_US/help/terms_maps.html

Use of Google Ads Conversion Tracking
This website uses the online advertising program “Google Ads” and, as part of Google Ads, conversion tracking from Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, 4 Barrow St, Dublin, D04 E5W5, Ireland (“Google”). We use Google Ads to draw attention to our attractive offers on external websites with the help of advertising material (so-called Google AdWords). In relation to the data from the advertising campaigns, we can determine how successful the individual advertising measures are. We pursue the interest of showing you advertising that is relevant to you, making our website more interesting for you, and achieving a fair calculation of the advertising costs incurred.
The conversion tracking cookie is set when a user clicks on an ad placed by Google. Cookies are small text files that are stored on your device. These cookies generally lose their validity after 30 days and are not used for personal identification. If the user visits certain pages of this website and the cookie has not yet expired, Google and we can recognize that the user clicked on the ad and was redirected to this page. Each Google Ads customer receives a different cookie. Cookies cannot therefore be tracked across the websites of Google Ads customers. The information obtained with the help of the conversion cookie is used to create conversion statistics for Google Ads customers who have opted for conversion tracking. Customers receive the total number of users who clicked on their ad and were redirected to a page with a conversion tracking tag. However, they do not receive any information that can be used to personally identify users. If you do not wish to participate in tracking, you can block this use by deactivating the Google conversion tracking cookie in your internet browser under the keyword “user settings”. You will then not be included in the conversion tracking statistics.
We use Google Ads on the basis of our legitimate interest in targeted advertising pursuant to Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR. As part of the use of Google Ads, personal data may also be transmitted to the servers of Google LLC in the USA.
