What is modal used for?

Modal is often used for underwear, nightwear, shirts, loungewear and bed linen. Fabrics containing modal are valued for their soft, smooth feel and flowing drape. Modal can also be blended with other fibres, such as cotton or elastane, to create different fabric qualities for comfortable everyday underwear and clothing.
